Class started on Monday, January 31st. 8:30am I am at the campus, finding my way to the classroom. Had the room number so, duh, not too hard.
There was already a goodly number of folks in the room as I selected my desk. The chairs are the kind with an attached desk, which sounds good, until you realize it is just that much too small for my Plus Size body to be comfortable in. Sigh.
However, the desk part can be rotated out of the way and if another desk is turned around to face me I can use that for a desktop. Textbook, notebook and pens at the ready, along with a drink so hydration will occur.
Aaargh! I know just what you mean about the desks. They are built for twelve year olds. Maybe 8 year olds. Sheesh.
